Job summary

Maersk is seeking an ASSP Academy Lead to define and deliver the capability-building strategy for the Asset Strategy function, translating business priorities into learning experiences and leadership development that strengthen performance.

You will partner with ASSP Leadership and the People Function, design flagship programs, govern the academy, measure impact, and manage budgets and vendors to build future-ready talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in capability development and learning and development in a global context.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning programs in a complex global environment.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on capability and talent priorities.
• Knowledge of digital learning platforms and technologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ASSP Functional Capability Strategy aligned with business and functional priorities.
• Design, manage, and improve the ASSP Academy portfolio.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and leadership programs.
• Measure learning effectiveness and business impact using data and insights.
• Manage learning vendors, budgets, and external capability partnerships.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge management.
