AAK is seeking a Global OpEx Capability & Coaching Lead to build learning pathways, certification and coaching tools across Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance and more. You will own the global OpEx capability strategy and act as the Global Master Trainer and the strategic owner of the Operational Excellence Learning Academy.

This senior role spans multiple regions and functions, delivering learning programmes, establishing standards, and developing trainers networks, with an emphasis on

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• Extensive OpEx experience with Lean, TPM and problem solving.
• Master Trainer experience and ability to design learning programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead global OpEx Capability Strategy and governance.
• Act as Global Master Trainer and develop learning programmes across audiences.
• Develop and govern the Operational Excellence Learning Academy and certification paths.
• Build trainer networks and Communities of Practice for sustainable capability.
• Provide coaching and capability development to regional and site leaders.
