Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a growing team in Greece, supporting customers in fintech and digital banking. You’ll be the first point of contact, guiding customers on services and solutions to ensure excellent service experiences.

You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues, promoting loyalty, and collaborating with an international team to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written).
• Very good English communication skills.
• Interest in digital banking, fintech, and payment solutions.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customer and client requests.
• Providing support and guidance on financial products and services.
• Assisting customers with account, payment, and service-related questions.
