Job summary

Danske Commodities is seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional to support daily customer and asset-related activities for the German market. The role focuses on ensuring accurate settlements, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering excellent service.

You will work with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and maintain strong communication on contracts, invoicing, and settlements, while monitoring market developments and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Educational background in business/operations-related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in an operational role.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and data management.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth customer operations and excellent service delivery in the German market.
• Coordinating operational processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting settlement processes and ensuring accurate customer settlements.
• Investigating and resolving data, process, and customer-related issues and monitoring market developments and regulatory requirements.
• Providing guidance on contracts, invoicing, and settlement calculations while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
