Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Denmark seeks a dedicated Controller for Domestic Sales Hub to ensure transparent financial reporting, robust budgeting, and accurate forecasting. You will support planning processes and deliver insights that help drive strategic decisions across the European PGHV unit.

The role requires a finance professional with SOX knowledge, SAP proficiency, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the local market team. English and Danish fluency are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Experience in financial controlling, reporting, and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and financial governance.
• Excellent analytical and decision-support skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
• Fluent in English and Danish is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide transparent, timely financial reporting and analysis to Hub management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
• Support strategic decision-making with forward-looking financial insights.
• Act as deputy for local market manager when needed.
• Translate strategy into concrete financial targets and plans.
