Job summary

BODUM is seeking a Supply Chain Controller to support operations in Humlebaek, Denmark. You will oversee purchase orders, coordinate stock, and ensure smooth flow of materials to production units in a dynamic international setting.

The role requires experience in operational and strategic controlling, expertise in logistics processes, and strong English communication. Proficiency in ERP systems like Dynamics 365 or SAP is a plus, with a collaborative mindset across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational and strategic controlling.
• Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in working in multi-cultural / multi-matrix teams.
• Excellent software skills (D365, SAP, MS Excel, Databases).
• Very good written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing and tracking purchase orders for current and forecasted demands.
• Manage orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed.
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products to and from producing units.
• Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation. Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
• Generating reports on KPIs such as on-time delivery rates and order accuracy.
