Hundreds of millions of players play Subway Surfers each month, and enjoy smooth gameplay, new features and a concept that’s now worked for over fourteen (Yes, 14!) years - and we’re looking for a talented Game Engineer for our Tech Pod to make sure the game and the technology behind it keeps running.
As a Game Engineer - Tech Pod, you’ll work closely with engineers and other disciplines to develop the systems, integrations, and technical foundations behind Subway Surfers. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, contribute to technical decisions, and help us continuously improve the game, its technology, and the way we build it.

You’ll get to know SYBO, Subway Surfers, our technology, and how the team works. You’ll work closely with the Technical Owner and other Engineers in the Tech Pod, familiarize yourself with the codebase, development and release pipelines, platform integrations, and key technical systems, and start making your first contributions.
You’ll be contributing independently to systems and integrations and taking an active role in the team’s development process. You’ll work with both SYBO platform services and third-party SDKs, participate in technical discussions around implementation, system design, and architecture, and become increasingly comfortable working across the Subway Surfers technology stack.
You’ll be a trusted and impactful member of the Subway Surfers team, contributing to technical systems and integrations from planning through release. You’ll help shape solutions across the game, platform integrations, and development pipeline that allow us to reliably deliver Subway Surfers to hundreds of millions of players.
