SYBO in Copenhagen is seeking a Game Engineer for the Tech Pod to help keep Subway Surfers running smoothly. You’ll work with engineers across disciplines to build systems, integrations, and the technical foundations behind the game, taking ownership and contributing to key technical decisions.

In your first months you’ll learn the codebase, pipelines, and platform integrations, then contribute independently to systems and live features, collaborating on architecture and delivery for hundreds of

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, primarily in C#.
Solid Unity experience for mobile game development.
Experience with iOS/Android native code and version control (Git).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain systems, platform capabilities, and SDK integrations using Unity, C#, and native code.
Collaborate with other engineers to take solutions from concept to release.
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the health of the codebase.
Review code and share knowledge to maintain engineering quality.
Debug across Unity, native platforms, backend integrations, and live systems.
Integrate Subway Surfers with SYBO platform and backend services.
Maintain third-party SDKs across iOS and Android.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tools, workflows, and Jenkins.
