Userlink ApS in Odense is seeking a technically driven leader to own the platform architecture, code quality, operations, security and release processes while staying hands-on every day.

You will shape a SaaS stack (Java, C#, React, Spring Boot, MongoDB) and drive cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, incident handling and rigorous evaluation of LLM-based features in production.

Qualifications

• Several years designing and running SaaS systems in production.
• ,
• Backend experience in Java or C#, plus React.
• Experience shipping LLM-based features to production with evaluation.
• Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture, code quality, operations, security and prioritisation, with hands-on development daily.
• Set standards for reviews, testing, monitoring and releases, and recruit the next developers.
• Make decisions on arguments, not titles; drive execution and improvement.
