Job summary

Userlink, based in Odense, seeks a founding engineer to join early in building the brain of our platform. You will own parts from idea to production, focusing on data models, retrieval, evaluation, and real-time session interventions across SaaS systems.

Ideal candidates have backend strength in Java or C#, comfort with React, and experience shipping LLM-based features. Equity is offered as we grow together and take ownership of what we build.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running SaaS systems in production.
• Strong backend development in Java or C#, with React experience.
• Experience building LLM-based features and measuring their impact.
• Owns what they build and is accountable in production.

Responsibilities

• Owns parts of the brain from idea to production: data model, retrieval, evaluation and real-time flows.
• Write code, ship features, and monitor performance with real customers.
• Collaborate closely with founders, sales, and customers to decide what to build and how.
• Ensure changes deliver measurable revenue impact for hundreds of webshops.
