athme, Copenhagen, is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to weave AI into the product and operations. You’ll work closely with the CTO and founders to prototype, ship, and enhance AI-powered features such as recommendations, search, onboarding, and automation, within a product-focused context.

You’ll own features end-to-end, evaluate models for quality, speed, and privacy, and help define athme’s AI roadmap in an early-stage environment with strong ownership and autonomy.

Qualificações

• Mid to senior-level engineering experience with a strong record of shipping real products.
• Hands-on experience building applications with AI models, APIs, embeddings, agents, or similar technologies.
• Strong backend and system architecture fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Build and integrate AI-powered features into the athme product.
• Connect AI models and services with our existing mobile app, backend, APIs, and data.
• Own features from idea and prototype through deployment and improvement.
• Improve recommendations, discovery, matching, personalization, and automation.
• Build reliable systems with proper testing, monitoring, and fallback logic.
• Evaluate different models based on quality, speed, cost, and privacy.
• Help shape athme’s AI roadmap and technical direction.
• Contribute to the wider product and engineering team where needed.
