Job summary

The Tech Collective, part of Implement Consulting Group, in Copenhagen, seeks a senior full-stack engineer with a passion for AI-first products and end-to-end ownership. You will join our Data & AI hub and shape real-world solutions from vague client needs to production systems.

You’ll collaborate with AI specialists while focusing on robust software, data models, and scalable architectures. The role offers freedom to influence projects, a collaborative 20-person team, and tangible business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack experience.
• Strong TS and/or Python skills.
• Proven ownership of complex projects.
• Ability to translate client problems into technical solutions.
• Mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design and implementation.
• Develop frontend and backend services with robust quality.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs and retrieval pipelines.
• Design data models and scalable architectures.
• Establish observability, tracing, and evaluation practices.
• Deploy and operate cloud-based solutions with clients.
