Fluency in Danish and English, plus experience in luxury retail and retail systems, will help you inspire a high-performing team in this globally renowned environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury retail teams.
• Proven coaching ability with high-performing sales staff.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience with retail systems and MS Office.
• Interest in luxury consumer products, design and technology.
• Fluency in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the flagship store sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and service standards.
• Ensure outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising in line with Bang & Olufsen brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during and after the sale.
• Act as a Bang & Olufsen brand ambassador during events and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including installation teams and after-sales partners.
