Job summary

Pandora in Copenhagen is seeking a store-focused role to support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help plan and execute store events and product launches while maintaining brand standards.

You will be part of an international company, with development opportunities and a focus on teamwork, guest service, and achieving KPIs in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-performance selling environment and/or with a comparable brand (luxury retail, hospitality, or events).
• Hands-on experience planning, executing and following up on events.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication; fluency in English and a Scandinavian language required; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to support team in selling, observing, coaching and giving feedback; deliver on strategic goals and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading and developing the team with passion and empathy.
• Create unforgettable shopping experiences and present products in the best possible way.
• Assist with onboarding, training sessions and store meetings.
• Monitor KPIs, processes and targets and manage store performance.
• Contribute ideas to daily store life from product presentation to on-the-floor training.
• Stay organized, prioritize tasks, delegate effectively and keep a cool head during high-traffic periods.
• Coordinate with Global PR and Marketing teams and deliver store events, product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure seamless event execution by coordinating logistics and upholding Pandora brand standards.
