• Proficiency in Danish and English for daily operation.

Responsibilities

• Define quarterly goals, develop plans, and track KPIs to exceed targets.
• Lead daily briefings to align priorities and motivate the team.
• Spend most of the week on the shop floor coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver the Aesop customer experience and analyze feedback data.
• Collaborate with Marketing/VM and other Store Managers on campaigns.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of staff.
