Job summary

Botané ApS in Copenhagen is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead our flagship store and continuously elevate the in-store experience. You will oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure every touchpoint reflects Botané’s refined aesthetic and brand values.

You will collaborate with our HQ to host local events, product launches, and influencer activations, while driving sales, stock control, and KPI performance. A passion for design and high-end customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifestyle or concept retail preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
• Ability to meet commercial KPIs and drive sales.
• Fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including sales, team leadership, stock management, and reporting.
• Hire, train and coach a small team.
• Deliver aesthetic excellence aligned with brand and season.
• Create welcoming customer experience that reflects Botané.
• Collaborate with HQ on local events, product launches, and activations.
• Manage stock and product presentation to meet demand.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations to keep the brand visible online.
• Act as a brand ambassador with professionalism and warmth.
