Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Leader for the Copenhagen Flagship (Vimmelskaftet). You will help manage a high‑performance team, create exceptional customer experiences, and support onboarding, training and store meetings. You will work closely with global PR/Marketing and drive store events and launches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment or with a comparable luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing the team with passion and empathy.
• Create unforgettable shopping experiences and present products effectively.
• Assist with onboarding, training sessions and store meetings.
• Monitor KPIs, processes and targets, and manage store performance.
• Contribute ideas to daily store life, from product presentation to on‑floor training.
• Coordinate events, product launches, and marketing initiatives with internal stakeholders.
