Job summary

Wefers supporting an established international data centre contractor as they continue to expand their operations in Denmark, with Copenhagen rapidly becoming one of the region's leading hubs for hyperscale and mission critical developments.

As part of this growth, theyre looking to appoint a Financial Controller to take ownership of finance operations across their Danish business and support project delivery teams on live data centre construction projects.

This is a key hire at an exciting stage of the company's expansion, offering the opportunity to shape financial processes, reporting, and controls as the business continues to grow across Denmark and the wider Nordic region.

What you&ll be doing:

• Establishing and managing financial controls for the Danish entity
• Supporting project teams with cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Working closely with Project Directors and multidisciplinary delivery teams across live projects
• Overseeing budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning for major construction projects
• Ensuring compliance with Danish financial regulations and group reporting standards

What theyre looking for:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or major project environments
• Strong understanding of project-based financial management and cost control
• Experience supporting large-scale or complex construction projects (data centre experience is advantageous)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing international business
• Fluent in Danish and English
