Job summary

ROA Talent is seeking a Financial Controller to own finance operations for its Danish business and support live data centre construction projects. The role offers the opportunity to shape financial processes, reporting, and controls as operations expand across Denmark and the Nordics.

Candidates should have proven experience in construction or major projects, strong cost-control, budgeting, and reporting skills, and be fluent in Danish and English to collaborate with international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or major project environments.
• Strong understanding of project-based financial management and cost control.
• Experience supporting large-scale or complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and managing financial controls for the Danish entity.
• Supporting project teams with cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Working closely with Project Directors and multidisciplinary delivery teams across live projects.
• Overseeing budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning for major construction projects.
• Ensuring compliance with Danish financial regulations and group reporting standards.
