Job summary

Deloitte Denmark is hiring a Transformation Manager to lead large-scale finance transformation engagements across CFO processes. You will shape end-to-end programs, drive efficiency and enable enterprise agility through business and technology solutions.

You will work with executive stakeholders, manage multi-disciplinary teams and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget, leveraging process mining, automation, ERP and related tools.

Qualifications

• Ideally, 6–9 years of relevant experience in finance transformation, finance process excellence, GBS, shared services and/or BPO.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Fluency in Danish is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex engagements for global organizations and design creative business and technology solutions to drive operational effectiveness.
• Architect strategies and transformation programs focused on cost optimization, value creation and enterprise agility.
• Manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional teams across finance processes.
