Job summary

Demant A/S is seeking a high-impact leader to own and drive the EPM transformation across our global Finance function. You will lead the EPM platform evolution, align local and global standards, and build a strong team of specialists based at the Demant HQ in Smørum.

You will shape financial data models, consolidate planning and reporting across ERP, EPM, and BI, and partner with technology vendors to deliver standardized, automated processes for scalable decision support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, information systems, or related field.
Significant experience in EPM, financial systems, finance transformation, or performance management.
Experience leading complex EPM implementations in international/global organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead the EPM transformation and roadmap, including platform replacement and stabilization.
Lead and develop the EPM team of ~5 specialists and manage partners/vendors.
Own the EPM operating model: governance, integrations, releases, security, controls, auditability, continuous improvement.
Standardize and improve EPM processes for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Scenario Modelling, Consolidation.
Define and govern the financial data model across ERP, EPM, and BI.
Shape future reporting architecture and transition management reporting to BI.
Drive adoption across the Group with training, change management, and communication.
