Job summary

Deloitte Denmark is seeking a Tax Transformation Senior Consultant to manage and deliver multi-jurisdiction tax compliance projects. You will lead workshops, translate diverse client needs into practical tax solutions, and act as a trusted advisor on compliance, process improvement and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong consulting and communication skills, an ability to manage stakeholders, identify risks, and drive efficient changes while supporting the sales cycle with proposals

Qualifications

• Experience managing tax compliance obligations for clients or within a business, covering indirect tax, direct tax, VAT reporting, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support clients in meeting their tax obligations, ensuring compliance with local and international tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead and deliver tax transformation projects, including the implementation of tax compliance solutions and the redesign of tax processes and operations.
• Conduct workshops, analyse client needs, and translate tax and business requirements into effective solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on matters of tax compliance, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, fostering strong and lasting client relationships.
