Job summary

The role is based in Copenhagen area with occasional travel; flexible start dates for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, including full-cycle implementations (SAP S/4HANA/ECC or Microsoft D365 F&O).
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead programmes, projects or PMOs in complex ERP transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation workstreams across strategy, programme management, architecture and functional consulting.
• Shape ERP strategies and roadmaps, vendor selections, and value cases.
• Engage with CxO-level stakeholders and coach junior colleagues.
