Job summary

Bühler Denmark A/S is seeking a Finance Manager to own the Danish finance function, reporting to the CFO and acting as the right hand in Denmark. The role combines hands‑on accounting with process ownership, tax and compliance, and close collaboration with international finance teams.

Qualifications

• Holds a finance, accounting or auditing degree (e.g., cand.merc.aud., HD‑R) and has at least five years of accounting and tax experience in an international company.
• Experience in Big 4, IFRS, transfer pricing, and global finance processes is advantageous.
• Candidate should be proactive, structured, and able to partner with CFO, CEO and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, tax, VAT, compliance and statutory annual accounts for the Danish entity.
• Lead local financial reporting, audits and tax filings with strong controls and documentation.
• Drive transfer pricing documentation, group audit readiness and intercompany processes.
• Own monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow management within a global matrix.
• Provide leadership for one employee and collaborate across functions, regions and cultures.
