Job summary

Accenture in Copenhagen is recruiting for a Manager-level finance transformation expert to shape strategy, operating models and the technology to deliver them. You will redesign EPM, forecasting and reporting, while modernizing the close and group consolidation.

Qualifications

Finance transformation delivery across the function, from operating model to technology, on major ERP.
Strong grasp of the CFO agenda: strategy, operating model, EPM and reporting, data and AI.
English working proficiency; Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) a plus.
Nice to have: data modelling, analytics and visualization; exposure to AI or ML in finance.
A finance qualification or degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Shape the finance strategy, operating model and organization design, then the technology to deliver them.
Redesign enterprise performance management: planning, forecasting, profitability and cost.
Modernize management and statutory reporting, group consolidation and the close.
Bring data, analytics and AI into finance, and stand up intelligent finance operations.
Streamline the transactional core (R2R, O2C, P2P) on whichever ERP fits the client.
Improve CFO performance metrics: enterprise value, cost, working capital and ESG reporting.
