Job summary

Visibuilt, based at Alfa Laval Innovation House in Søborg near Copenhagen, is seeking an experienced financial controller to keep the company financially sound—from month-end close to investor-ready board packs.

You will own cashflow budgets, oversee bookkeeping via our external accountant, deliver monthly reports, support grants and fundraising, and collaborate with CEO, CTO, auditors, and lawyers to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in finance including controller/finance manager roles.
• Experience with end-to-end finance cycle: month-end close, reporting, year-end accounts.
• Experience reviewing external accounting partner work.
• Strong Excel skills for budgets, forecasts, and cost models.
• Professional English required; Danish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial control: payroll and bookkeeping oversight with external accountant.
• Deliver monthly reporting, budgets vs actual, and runway forecasts.
• Manage board, shareholders, and governance tasks, including minutes.
• Grant management: budgets, reimbursements, progress reporting, and co-financing.
• Support fundraising: financial projections and data room readiness.
