Job summary

ALSTOM Gruppe in Denmark seeks a full-time Finance Support to strengthen financial analysis and coordination across projects. You’ll collaborate with Project Finance, Local Danish Finance, and International PM Work Packages, supporting invoicing and cash flow forecasting.

Day-to-day you’ll ensure cash flow reporting, assist with financial structures for new service projects, and contribute to month-end closings and budgets in a global mobility leader.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• Experience in project organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Planisware.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive communication within an international team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support cash flow forecasting and reporting for Danish units.
• Assist external invoicing processes and follow-up on cash-in activities.
• Prepare weekly cash-in forecasts and contribute to month-end closures.
• Support the annual budget process and group forecasts.
• Manage currency hedging and financial structures for service projects.
• Provide local finance support for Danish project units (SAP/Planisware).
• Consolidate and control international project management work packages.
• Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis for projects.
