Qualifikationen

• A few years in audit at a Big 4 firm or equivalent experience.
• Ability to navigate complex financial structures.
• Experience with JV structures and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Overall finance responsibility for Danish operations.
• Support Danish transaction team with due diligence.
• Manage compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist with annual audit and tax filings.
