Job summary

CityLink is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee its Danish portfolio of logistics and industrial assets from a Copenhagen-based office. You will coordinate with the European platform, manage leasing activities, and drive value creation across the portfolio.

The role requires 4–7 years in real estate asset management, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and fluency in Danish and English. A modern office in central Copenhagen and an international culture are offered.

Qualifications

Degree in real estate, finance, economics or related field.
4–7 years in commercial real estate, asset or property management.
Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
Hands-on, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent in Danish and English; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of logistics and industrial assets in Denmark.
Identify and implement asset management initiatives to optimize performance and value.
Lead lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant expansions.
Build relationships with tenants and respond to needs.
Conduct property inspections and ensure lease compliance.
Monitor portfolio performance and prepare reports and recommendations.
Assist budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
Collaborate with Finance, Technical teams on capex projects.
Support leasing activities and market outreach.
