Job summary

The role focuses on financial data from portfolio companies, annual reports, tax returns, and fund reporting, with opportunities to broaden responsibilities over time. A master’s degree in accounting and several years PE experience are preferred.

An interest in AI and technology is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting (e.g. cand.merc.aud) or related field.
• A few years of relevant experience, preferably from private equity or a similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with annual reports and tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and present financial data from portfolio companies.
• Prepare fund reports and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Draft annual reports and tax returns for funds and support compliance, risk management, and investor relations.
