Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Denmark is seeking a customer-focused technical support professional to provide daily technical assistance and troubleshooting for existing and new customers. You will work closely with Sales, Production and our laboratory team in Sweden to resolve challenges and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding and interest in solving practical customer problems.
• Ability to understand technical terminology and apply it in a customer-facing context.
• Experience from a technical/industrial environment is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for existing and new customers.
• Develop strong customer relationships through improvement projects within surface treatment.
• Support the Sales organization with technical problem-solving.
• Record and report all customer activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate and handle customer complaints with the Sales organization.
• Follow up on documentation and run sheets with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tinting systems (LargoTint, LargoMatch, LargoBets).
• Take primary responsibility for tinting machines and related equipment at customer sites.
• Contribute to product and technical competence development with Sales and Production.
• Participate in product development with the lab team in Sweden.
• Deliver training and competence development for customers.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
