Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemistry or related field and hands-on lab exposure.
• Experience with coatings, paints, polymers, or related materials is preferred.
• Knowledge of laboratory practices and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Support design, preparation, and execution of coating development projects.
• Prepare coating formulations, test panels, substrates, and lab samples.
• Conduct routine laboratory experiments and testing activities.
• Assist in scale-up trials and validation studies.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and inventories; document observations.
• Prepare test reports and maintain accurate lab records.
