Qualifications

• Experience in Field Support, Operations, Customer Service, Retail Support, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Denmark and Finland.
• Candidates must be currently residing in the Greater Copenhagen area or surrounding regions to ensure efficient travel and support coverage across Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support to agents throughout Denmark and Finland.
• Conduct regular visits to agent locations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Deliver training and guidance to agents on products, services, systems, and processes.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor agent performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support the onboarding and activation of new agents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Revenue, and Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate records of agent visits, training sessions, and support activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
