Job summary

Grow-Talent.com is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a payment platform support team in Riga, Latvia, with relocation assistance.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, chat and email, logging resolutions, monitoring case lifecycles, escalating when needed, and maintaining high quality and KPI targets while working in a collaborative team and adjusting to shifts within 10:00–18:00.

Qualifications

• Danish language level: upper intermediate (B2) or higher.
• English language: fluent (C1) written and spoken.
• Typing speed: minimum 50 wpm with high accuracy.
• Experience in outsourced customer service is a plus.
• EU citizenship or valid Latvia work permit.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests from customers via phone, chat and email and provide resolution.
• Record case resolutions in the contact center tool.
• Ensure cases progress within lifecycle and meet KPI targets.
• Escalate priority issues to the lead when required.
• Work both independently and in a team.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Deliver exemplary customer experience and meet quality standards.
• Follow scheduled work hours and adapt to prioritization changes.
• Attend trainings and participate in task improvements.
