Ria Money Transfer Denmark is seeking a friendly cashier to be at the heart of our retail operation. You will handle cash transactions, verify customer information, and assist with currency exchange and money transfers.

This role requires fluent English and/or Danish, basic MS Word/Excel, flexibility including weekends, and a strong commitment to customer service. Equal opportunity employer, welcoming a diverse team.

Formación

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Basic computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel.
• Fluency in English and/or Danish is required.
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A valid work permit is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.
• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems.
• Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations.
• Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escape to the management team.
• Keep up to date with Ria’s products, services, and policies.
• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.
• Prepare your daily transactions record.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.
