Ria Money Transfer Denmark is hiring a Cashier who will be at the heart of our customer experience. You will ensure that every transaction is smooth, secure, and friendly as you assist customers with money transfers, currency exchange, and related services.

You will join a dynamic, multicultural retail team, represent the brand with professionalism, and balance cash, prepare daily records, and help customers with inquiries.

Competenze

• Fluency in English and/or Danish is required.
• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.
• Some computer knowledge with MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A valid work permit is a must.

Mansioni

• Interact with customers face to face to process products such as money transfers, money orders, currency exchange.
• Verify or enter customer information accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries and service questions.
• Balance cash register and prepare cash for bank deposits.
• Record daily transactions and perform other duties as assigned.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Cashier at Ria Money Transfer Denmark, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your role is to ensure that every transaction is smooth, secure, and friendly—helping our customers feel confident and supported.

You’ll work on the front line of our retail operations, representing Ria with professionalism and warmth. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multicultural team where your contribution truly makes a difference.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with customers face to face to receive and process all of Ria’s products such as money transfers, money orders, selling and buying foreign currency.


• Accurately verify or enter the customer’s information on our systems.


• Courteously assist customers with various inquiries such as questions about our services, service cancellations or other Ria locations.


• Recognize problems, issues or complaints during queries and propose solutions or escalations to the management team.


• Keep up to date with Ria’s products, services, and policies.


• Balance your cash register and prepare cash for bank deposit.


• Prepare your daily transactions record.


• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by your colleagues and superiors.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.


• Some computer knowledge with ability to use MS Word and Excel.


• Fluency in English and/or Danish is required. Other language skills are a plus.


• Cash handling experience is highly preferred.


• Strong customer service skills.


• A valid work permit is a must
