Job summary

Flatpay is hiring a service minded Facility Assistant for an hourly paid role (~30 hours/week) to keep the office welcoming and running smoothly. You’ll support the Facility team with practical tasks and lunch-time canteen duties.

Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00. The job offers a collaborative environment, opportunities for extra hours, and a hands-on role in a growing company with supportive colleagues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning coffee machines and waste disposal 8:00–10:00.
• Restock refrigerators and keep shared areas clean and tidy.
• Handle dishes in the canteen 10:00–14:00 in collaboration with kitchen staff.
