Job summary

Flatpay is growing and we're now looking for a service minded Facility Assistant for an hourly paid position of approximately 30 hours per week. We prioritise creating a great office environment, where people enjoy coming to work.

Our Facility Team is the heart of this, ensuring that our office is welcoming and runs smoothly every day. In this role, you'll support our Facility team with ad hoc practical tasks around the office and help with the dishes over the lunch hours in our canteen.

Qualifications

• Reliable, responsible, and service minded.
• Independent and able to take initiative.
• Organized and enjoy practical tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork across the organization.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting.

Responsibilities

• From approx. 8:00 to 10:00, assist with various practical facility tasks around the office.
• Clean coffee machines and empty dishwashers in stations around the office.
• Take out cardboard and other waste and restock refrigerators.
• Keep shared areas clean and tidy.
• Handle other practical ad hoc tasks as needed.
• From 10:00 to 14:00, manage dishes in the canteen with kitchen staff.
