Job summary

The LEGO Group in Billund is seeking an Experiences Concept Designer to help shape brick-based marketing concepts and hands-on activations across the portfolio. You will translate partner needs into compelling experiential ideas while balancing feasibility, scalability, cost and quality.

This hands-on role requires guiding workshops, collaborating with design, engineering and production teams, and turning strong concepts into tangible experiences that resonate with audiences and customers.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in concept design, experience design, product or spatial design.
• Portfolio showing own contributions to physical, hands-on or spatial concepts.
• Experience translating needs into creative concepts supporting business objectives.
• Experience working with physical components, materials or environments in the creative process.
• Proven ability to lead creative workshops or brainstorms and provide direction across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, hands-on LEGO experience as part of BBM concepts for activations and campaigns.
• Translate partner needs and shopper insights into clear creative propositions using trends from prior work.
• Lead brainstorms, workshops and creative reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
• Present concepts through visual storytelling, sketches, prototypes, models or presentations.
