Job summary

Global Blue, operating in Denmark, seeks a Managing Director to lead the Danish organization based around Copenhagen and Kastrup Airport refund operations. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement to drive long-term growth and market share.

You will shape and implement the country strategy, engaging with merchants, airport stakeholders, Customs (SKAT) and internal teams. This Nordic role demands agility, strong relationships, and performance-driven leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong leadership experience in a senior or executive role.
• Proven ability to build relationships with merchants, authorities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Global Blue Denmark.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of refund operations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with merchants, airports, SKAT and other authorities.
• Lead hiring, salary reviews and bonus decisions in alignment with line management.
