Job summary

• Senior leadership experience in international industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of operations, tech and finance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, performance and operational excellence across the organization.
• Own full P&L, budgeting, forecasting and KPI delivery.
• Translate strategy into clear priorities and build scalable structures and leadership capabilities across functions.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts while exploring growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the parent organization to leverage international reach and balance entrepreneurial mindset with strategic direction.
