Job summary

FDCTech, Inc., a licensed EMI operating in Denmark under Finanstilsynet, seeks an Executive Director to lead Danish operations, align with regulations, and translate strategy into day-to-day execution.

You will oversee budgets, adapt global payment products for the Danish market, manage local leaders, drive performance, and collaborate with global teams to optimize operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior operations or general manager experience in FinTech/payments/banking.
• Deep knowledge of payment processing, card acquiring, merchant onboarding, and cross-border flows.
• Proven ability to build and manage high-volume operations and optimize metrics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; fluent in English and Danish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgets, and efficiency.
• Lead the Denmark division and support department heads.
• Adapt global payment products for the Danish market.
• Coordinate with global teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure compliance.
• Manage relationships with third-party providers and auditors.
