Job summary

Idéa Nordic in Copenhagen is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the Sales Director and Project Managers in delivering memorable events. You will help prepare proposals, develop budgets, and coordinate multiple tasks leading up to events.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ experience, a sales and service minded mindset, and a drive for accuracy and on-time delivery. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with proposal software are required or a plus.

Qualifications

• The role favors 2–3 years’ experience, but a sales and service minded attitude is more important.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required; experience with proposal software is a plus.
• Based in Copenhagen with English and Danish language requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Director to create proposals and budgets using standard templates.
• Review RFPs and summarise key points, collaborating with Sales Director and Project Managers.
• Assist with developing a SoMe plan and create, update, upload content.
• Coordinate with suppliers, source and review quotes, and confirm bookings for events.
• Support Project Managers with lead-up coordination and detailed event schedules.
