Job summary

Halfspace, part of Faculty, seeks an Associate Engagement Manager (part-time) in Copenhagen, aligned with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You’ll support project teams on real client engagements: research, structured analysis, slide work, and synthesis that informs senior consultants.

You’ll work alongside consultants, engineers, scientists, and strategists, with 15-20 hours per week, flexible around exams, with a Copenhagen-based office preference and a learning-first culture.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program; part-time friendly.
• Ability to translate between business and tech with a technical foundation.
• Curious about AI and consulting with exposure to client work across industries.
• Strong analytical skillset to structure data, interviews, SME input, and frameworks.
• Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with consulting toolkit (slides, structured docs) or quick willingness to learn.
• Reliable, self-directed with manageable hours and willingness to ask for help when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams on real client engagements.
• Contribute to research and structured analyses for client decks.
• Assist in creating synthesis and Sharper recommendations for senior consultants.
• Join client workshops to observe executive-level AI conversations.
• Flexibly adapt to exam periods and project deadlines.
