Job summary

XPENG Denmark, based in Hillerød, invites you to join as a Service Advisor and be the first point of contact for customers. You will coordinate with the workshop, schedule visits, and ensure smooth handovers while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer experience.

In this fast-paced role, you will handle bookings, follow up with customers, process invoices, and work with technicians to keep the workshop running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service advisor or from a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to stay organized in a busy daily routine.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
• Proficient in written and spoken Danish and English.
• Hold a category B driving license.
• Experience with electric vehicles is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and enrolling customers for service and repair visits.
• Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the workshop in cooperation with the workshop manager.
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue and follow-up with customers.
• Handling of customer cases and administrative tasks.
• Invoicing and delivery of vehicles to customers.
• Collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient workshop processes.
• Ordering spare parts for daily repairs.
• Handling spare parts upon return and removal of spare parts for future actions.
• Contributing to high customer satisfaction and a strong customer experience.
• Ensuring compliance with XPENG's processes, quality requirements and safety standards.
