Job summary

Danfoss A/S in Denmark seeks a Technical Support Engineer to be the technical expert for refrigeration wholesalers and commercial customers across Denmark. You will diagnose problems, provide solutions, and support cutting‑edge applications as part of our Nordics team in a hybrid role located in Nordborg or Silkeborg.

Use Salesforce CRM to document customer interactions and collaborate with sales and technical colleagues across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in refrigeration or an equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of technical refrigeration experience with electrical components knowledge.
• Fluent in English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑class technical support to refrigeration customers and installers via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through product questions and issues.
• Support sales teams with technical expertise to deliver right solutions.
• Document customer interactions and technical activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver internal and external training to build technical capability.
