Job summary

XPENG Denmark is seeking a Service Advisor for our Hillerød dealership to shape customers' experience of the brand. You will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring the process is professional, informed and smoothly executed—from booking to handover.

You will join a strong team in Hillerød, collaborating with technicians and managers to deliver excellent service and uphold XPENG's standards.

Qualifications

Experience as a service advisor or from a similar customer facing role in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Receiving and enrolling customers for service and repair visits
Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the workshop in cooperation with the workshop manager
Ongoing dialogue and follow-up with customers
Handling of customer cases and administrative tasks
Invoicing and delivery of vehicles to customers
Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient workshop processes
Ordering spare parts for daily repairs
Handling of spare parts upon return
Removal of spare parts for future reactions
Contribute to high customer satisfaction and a strong customer experience
Ensure compliance with XPENG's processes, quality requirements and safety standards
