Job summary

Li Auto is seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to drive B2B fleet sales in Denmark, building relationships with leasing companies and corporate fleet managers. You will align with the European HQ to pursue cross-border opportunities and support nationwide targets.

The role requires a strong network in Denmark, fluent Danish and English, and extensive travel across Denmark and Europe. A background in automotive sales and TCO/RV knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Fleet Sales, B2B Automotive Sales, or Key Account Management within the automotive sector.
• Strong network with major leasing companies and corporate fleet managers in Denmark.
• Fluent in Danish and English.
• Willing to travel extensively within Denmark, with some travel across Europe.
• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills with understanding of TCO and RV.

Responsibilities

• Develop localized fleet sales strategies targeting corporate customers and leasing companies.
• Identify, pitch, and acquire new fleet customers and B2B opportunities in Denmark.
• Manage Key Accounts and fleet partners to drive growth.
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing, and manage TCO/RV strategies for competitive leasing.
