Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Finance Manager Specialist to deliver high-quality ESG reporting, translating CSRD requirements into actionable management insights and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Group Reporting & Compliance and help shape how we measure sustainability performance using Power BI and OneStream.

The role includes a hybrid work rhythm with Wednesdays in the office, with teams based in Billund and Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosure, or financial reporting within a large organisation
• Managed complex reporting processes from planning through delivery while maintaining quality and compliance
• Translated regulatory requirements into compliant reporting outputs and management insights

Responsibilities

• ESG reporting that meets evolving regulatory requirements and supports informed business decisions
• Clear reporting frameworks and insights that help leaders understand sustainability performance
• Strong partnerships with topic owners and subject-matter experts across the organisation
• Improved reporting processes, controls, and ways of working across sustainability topics
• Readiness for new sustainability regulations, including CSRD and EU Taxonomy requirements
