Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Finance Manager Specialist to deliver CSRD-compliant ESG reporting and translate complex sustainability regulations into clear, actionable leadership insights across the organisation.

You will partner with stakeholders across functions to strengthen reporting processes, drive improvements in systems and controls, and help shape how we measure and report environmental, social, and governance performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosure, or financial reporting within a large organisation.
• Managed complex reporting processes from planning through delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Translated regulatory requirements into compliant reporting outputs and management insights.

About The Role

As our Finance Manager Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality ESG reporting that meets regulatory requirements and supports decision-making across the LEGO® Group. You'll translate sustainability regulations into CSRD-compliant reporting, provide clear and actionable insights to management, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. This is an opportunity to help shape how we measure and report environmental, social, and governance performance while supporting continuous improvement across processes, systems, and reporting practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sustainability reporting, ESG disclosure, or financial reporting within a large organisation
• Managed complex reporting processes from planning through delivery while maintaining quality and compliance
• Translated regulatory requirements into compliant reporting outputs and management insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Applied Power BI to reporting, analysis, or performance management activities
• Used OneStream within reporting, finance, or compliance processes
• Supported the implementation or adoption of AI-enabled solutions within reporting environments

Life on the team

You’ll join Group Reporting & Compliance within Corporate Finance. We deliver external financial and sustainability reporting while helping the business navigate challenges and opportunities. The team is collaborative, ambitious, and supportive, with colleagues based in Billund and Copenhagen. We stay connected through regular team and sub-team meetings, shared activities, and a hybrid rhythm with Wednesdays in the office. Strong partnering skills are important here. You’ll work closely with colleagues across different functions and geographies, building trusted relationships and contributing as a team player who listens, understands complexity, and works collaboratively.

What Success Looks Like

Success means becoming a trusted partner on your reporting topics, delivering compliant ESG reporting and helping the organisation navigate a changing regulatory landscape. Over the next 12 to 18 months, sustainability regulation will continue to evolve, bringing opportunities to influence reporting scope, target setting, accounting policies, digital solutions, processes, and controls. You’ll work closely with topic owners, subject-matter experts, Business Service Operations, Communications, Legal, and peers across the team to help shape what comes next.
